Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ernieimage.ai, an independent third-party website that provides online access to the ERNIE Image AI image generation model. We are not affiliated with the ERNIE Image open-source project. Our service allows you to generate images by purchasing tokens to cover compute costs. If you prefer to use the model for free, you can download the source code from GitHub and deploy it on your own hardware.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

ernieimage.ai provides an online AI image generation service powered by the ERNIE Image model. You can use our service to generate images from text prompts, with features including text rendering, structured layouts, and various artistic styles. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Tokens and Pricing

  2. Compute Costs: The token fees charged by ernieimage.ai cover the compute costs of running the AI model on our servers. The ERNIE Image model itself is open-source and free — you are paying for the convenience of using it online without setting up your own hardware.

  3. Self-Deployment Option: If you have a GPU with at least 24GB VRAM and the technical skills to deploy the model yourself, you can use ERNIE Image for free by downloading it from the official GitHub repository. No payment to ernieimage.ai is required for self-deployment.

  4. Purchases: All token purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  5. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change with notice to users.

Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Generated Images: You retain ownership of the images you generate using our service. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.

  2. The ERNIE Image Model: The ERNIE Image model is an open-source project released under the Apache 2.0 license. ernieimage.ai is an independent third-party service provider and does not claim ownership of the model.

  3. Our Platform: The ernieimage.ai website, its user interface, and the service infrastructure are the property of ernieimage.ai.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ernieimage.ai:

  • Generating illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
  • Generating or attempting to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented content, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or any content not suitable for minors (18+). Our service employs automated content filtering to detect and block such prompts. Attempts to circumvent these filters may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt our service infrastructure
  • Using automated scripts or bots to access the service without authorization
  • Reselling or redistributing access to our service without permission
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
